Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative & Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing top-notch customer service and support to our internal and external customers. You'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and capturing customer information in a timely and accurate manner. In addition to your customer service responsibilities, you'll also be required to perform data entry tasks, ensuring that all customer information is accurately recorded and updated.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle incoming customer service calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Dispatch incoming customer phone calls and ensure that all customer requests are addressed promptly
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer service records, including customer information and account details
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers, ensuring that all customer interactions are positive and satisfying
  • Capture customer information and answer customer inquiries in a clear and concise manner
  • Resolve inbound customer calls regarding account issues and provide high-quality customer service
  • Take customer orders and provide superior customer service, ensuring that all customer needs are met
  • Make outgoing customer service calls to follow up on customer issues and provide additional support
  • Work closely with the customer service manager to ensure that all customer service standards are met and exceeded
  • Resolve any customer service issues that may arise, ensuring that all customers are satisfied and supported
  • Answer inbound calls and provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all customer interactions are positive and satisfying
  • Provide customer support and handle customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Combine excellent customer service skills with strong data entry skills to ensure that all customer information is accurately recorded and updated

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Strong data entry skills, with the ability to accurately and efficiently capture customer information
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately record and update customer information

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience with data entry software and systems
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of industry trends and best practices in customer service
