Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service & Data Entry Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our claims coordination team, you'll be responsible for providing administrative support, data entry, and customer service to our clients. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service & Data Entry Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Data entry of claims information into our claims management systems
  • Following up on missing information to process claims efficiently
  • Reviewing invoices for accuracy
  • Compiling reports from systems with claims information
  • Providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, or chat
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our systems
  • Collaborating with our claims coordination team to resolve issues and improve processes

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months to 1 year of work experience in a customer service or data entry role
  • Basic computer and typing skills (at least 40 wpm)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • High-speed internet connection and reliable computer equipment

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will make you an even stronger candidate:

  • Experience with claims management systems or similar software
  • Knowledge of insurance industry practices and regulations
  • Certification in customer service or data entry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
