Role Overview
As a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for patients and healthcare providers, providing exceptional service and support. Your key duties will include:

- Responding to medical and pharmaceutical billing inquiries promptly and professionally

Key Responsibilities

- Offer accurate information to patients regarding their prescriptions and pharmacy offerings
- Respond to medical and pharmaceutical billing inquiries promptly and professionally
- Assist patients in navigating medical insurance verification and explore payment options to fulfill their requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and quality service
Required Skills
* Strong communication abilities coupled with a compassionate approach to customer service
- Experience in processing medical and prescription claims
