Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to inbound calls in a timely and professional manner
- Assisting customers with questions and inquiries about products and services
- Troubleshooting issues and addressing questions related to orders placed by customers
- Following up with customers to ensure they have received quality customer service
- Completing after-call information and data entry to the system

Qualifications:

1+ years' experience
in a Customer Service role
Must currently reside
in the following states: MN, WI, IA, or MI
Reliable high-speed internet
with the ability to be hard-wired
High School Diploma
Essential Skills and Competencies:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in computer software and systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in a call center environment

$12.00 per hour, with increases throughout the first year. Transitioning to a performance-based model.
