Job Summary

arenaflex is seeking experienced and customer-oriented individuals to join our Customer Service team as a Customer Service Representative (Work from Home). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers, responding promptly and effectively to their inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools and resources.

  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.

  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents, following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred, with a strong foundation in customer service and communication.
