Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • At least 6 months of customer service and/or administrative experience, with call center or phone support experience preferred
  • A dedicated home office setting with a computer, internet connection, and headset, ensuring a quiet and distraction-free work environment
  • High-level professionalism, excellent communication, and typing skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work overtime and/or weekends, as needed, to meet business demands and ensure seamless customer support
  • Willingness to submit to a standard background check, drug test, technology check, and voice assessments, as required

Technical Requirements

To ensure optimal performance and connectivity, you should have:

  • A computer with a CPU i5 (or equivalent), i7 recommended, and no Atom, Celeron, Pentium, or Opteron processors
  • Internet download speed of at least 5Mbs and upload speed of at least 3Mbs, with a network latency of 250 MS or less
  • An operating system of Win 8.1 (64bit) or Win 10 (64bit), with a minimum of 4GB RAM (8GB recommended)
  • A home office setup with an ethernet cord connected to your computer, ensuring a stable and secure connection
  • A desktop or laptop connected to a nearby router or wall for firewall and security purposes, with Chromebooks, iPads, or similar devices not acceptable
