Job Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Age: 18 years or older
- Education: High School Diploma or GED
- Previous Experience: Previous experience interacting with customers/clients, solving problems through troubleshooting, and creating connections.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers.
- Desire to Engage and Listen: A genuine desire to actively engage and listen to customers, providing solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Empathy and Problem-Solving: Ability to exhibit empathy and provide solutions in a fast-paced environment, focusing on one call resolution.
- Quick Learning: Ability to learn new concepts quickly and efficiently, applying those learnings in real-time.
