About the MSP Team

The MSP Team is a dynamic group of experts who partner with key stakeholders to drive strategic partnerships and deliver high-quality products. We work closely with Operations, RME, ACES, Supply Chain, Transportation, WW Design, and other teams to ensure our solutions meet the needs of our customers and users. Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer with a strong background in virtual and simulation testing to join our MSP Team. As a Virtual & Simulation Testing Quality Assurance Engineer, you will develop and implement virtual platforms to test and verify end-to-end solutions, ensuring high-quality products that meet customer requirements. You will partner with Product Teams, QA Manual Testing and Requirements Team, and internal customers to drive quality across all aspects of Mechatronics and Sustainable Packaging.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop, implement, and execute simulations and Hardware-In-the-Loop (HIL) testing to virtually validate end-to-end solutions with real-life software

  • Virtually ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, operation, reliability, maintenance, training & learning, deployment, process- and MHE- integration, service, and support prior to delivery
  • Identify and set appropriate quality standards and parameters for products
  • Communicate quality standards and parameters to the product team, including hardware, software, controls, and materials development teams
  • Coordinate simulations and testing processes
  • Identify and analyze issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple products; recommend and facilitate solutions to these issues
  • Connect with internal customers (Operations, RME, ACES, PE, OpsEng, WWDE, etc.), review client, customer, and user feedback
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree (BS) in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Quality Assurance)

  • 5+ years of proven experience working with large cross-functional engineering teams with modeling, simulation, testing, integration, and/or quality assurance domain expertise
  • Proven experience in fulfillment systems with storage equipment, material handling systems, automated sortation systems, and related automation equipment
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel up to 70% to business locations and project sites

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with complex automated material handling equipment, packaging technologies, and systems, including robotics and high-speed manufacturing

  • Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members, operations, and management
  • Project managing skills to start projects and finish projects successfully
