Job Summary:

We are seeking an Experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our team, responsible for assisting with customer service inquiries and providing solutions based on client needs. This entry-level position requires a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences, analyzing client issues, and identifying potential risks and solutions. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and technical skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and navigate multiple systems and customer service platforms concurrently.

Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Evaluating and resolving service inquiries from clients across different platforms
  • Effectively using various computer systems to complete assigned tasks and address account inquiries
  • Developing and maintaining working knowledge of specific groups of arenaflex products and services
  • Analyzing and identifying potential risks and identifying solutions that meet client needs
  • Completing assigned tasks in an accurate and efficient manner
  • Solving disputes and retaining clients, while minimizing operating loss, through adherence to established rules and regulations
  • Fulfilling the clients' necessities while providing an exceptional client experience
  • Appropriately assessing risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for arenaflex's reputation and safeguarding its clients and assets

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-3 years' work experience in a related role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows Operating Systems
  • Demonstrated experience solving customer service inquiries
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent technical and data entry skills, including the utilization of a 10-key touchpad
  • Proven ability to navigate multiple systems and customer service platforms concurrently
  • High School diploma or equivalent
