Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Virtual Customer Service/Sales Representative – Supplemental Benefits Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Reaching out to individuals who have requested more information on the benefits we offer and scheduling Zoom meetings to discuss their needs and preferences
  • Customizing new benefit plans and adjusting existing plans to fit the current needs of each client, ensuring that they receive the best possible coverage for their family
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients, providing attentive customer service and administrative support in response to their needs
  • Performing benefit reviews for existing clients, as well as helping with any necessary claims or adjustments
  • Responding to and resolving client questions and concerns regarding their benefits, providing clear and concise explanations of their coverage and options
  • Ensuring that all documentation is accurate and complete, and performing any necessary updates on schedule

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
