Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Virtual Customer Service/Sales Representative – Supplemental Benefits Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Reaching out to individuals who have requested more information on the benefits we offer and scheduling Zoom meetings to discuss their needs and preferences
- Customizing new benefit plans and adjusting existing plans to fit the current needs of each client, ensuring that they receive the best possible coverage for their family
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients, providing attentive customer service and administrative support in response to their needs
- Performing benefit reviews for existing clients, as well as helping with any necessary claims or adjustments
- Responding to and resolving client questions and concerns regarding their benefits, providing clear and concise explanations of their coverage and options
- Ensuring that all documentation is accurate and complete, and performing any necessary updates on schedule
Essential Qualifications

- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
