What You Will Be Doing

As a Live Chat Operator at arenaflex, you will be assigned to a specific business and will be responsible for responding to customer messages via live chat, email, and electronic message boards. Your primary goal will be to assist customers with product selection, identification, and troubleshooting, ensuring that their queries are resolved promptly and efficiently. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Logging in to the website chat application for the assigned business
  • Responding to customer messages in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing comprehensive and accurate information to customers
  • Escalating complex issues to chat supervisors or other support teams as needed
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty

Essential Qualifications

* Basic English skills (reading, writing, and speaking)

  • Reliable internet connectivity
  • A device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Minimum availability of 5 hours per week
  • Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions
