Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Happiness Officer at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service via email and live-chat interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty to arenaflex
  • Regularly translating our product content into Slovakian, utilizing user-friendly tools provided by arenaflex
  • Overseeing and moderating translations completed by colleagues to ensure quality and consistency
  • Addressing customer inquiries and concerns with empathy and efficiency, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement effective customer support strategies and processes
  • Staying up-to-date with arenaflex's products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices in customer support

Required Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in both Slovakian and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to remain composed under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in challenging situations
  • Genuine enthusiasm for helping customers and solving their problems, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Familiarity with translation tools and software, with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions

Qualifications

While prior experience in a customer support role is preferred, we're open to candidates with transferable skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong language proficiency in Slovakian and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
  • Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration
  • Strong language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both Slovakian and English
