Role Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating a seamless experience for our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering any and all interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly and relatable manner
  • Acting as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand
  • Being empathetic to customers' needs while understanding the business bottom line
  • Collecting and sharing feedback to external teams to ensure the needs of the customers are being met
  • Meeting or exceeding established daily interaction numbers every day

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* Perform a minimum of 70 interactions per shift

  • Meet or exceed established daily interaction numbers every day
  • Achieve a high level of customer satisfaction through friendly and relatable interactions
  • Collect and share feedback to external teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction

Role Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role
  • Access to consistently stable internet connection
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to take on additional projects and support external team members to support business and customer needs
  • On-the-spot, creative problem-solving skills that meet the needs of the customer and the business
  • A passion for and understanding of the arenaflex brands, customers, and products
  • A finger on the pulse of relevant media and lifestyle trends, fashion, and culture
