Responsibilities

As an Experienced Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Managing Data: Owning the master data set and all its contents, reviewing and reporting findings to relevant stakeholders, and explaining data testing and processing procedures to ensure confidentiality and compliance with guidelines.
• Creating Reports: Developing reports for customers and internal users that provide clarity on trends and areas for improvement, using data analysis tools and techniques to drive business insights.
• Supporting Data: Collaborating with the data warehouse team to identify and revise reporting requirements, initiatives for data integrity and normalization, and making recommendations for improvements to drive business growth.
• Analyzing Trends: Compiling business intelligence and trends to support actionable recommendations, identifying opportunities to generate sales of existing products by analyzing market trends.
• Communicating Insights: Effectively communicating business needs and insights to non-technical stakeholders, using clear and concise language to drive decision-making.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Bachelor's Degree: In Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Management, or a related field.
• 1 Year of Experience: As a data analyst or in a related field, with a strong understanding of data analysis tools and techniques.
• Business Acumen: Ability to understand business needs and relay insights into easy-to-understand, non-technical language.
• Communication Skills: High-level written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to diverse audiences.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret large data sets to drive business insights.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced Degree: Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Management, or a related field.
• Certifications: Certifications in data analysis, business intelligence, or related fields (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
