Specialists handle phone calls, chats, and emails from customers, working diligently to resolve a wide range of inquiries — from sign-up questions and rewards redemption to payments, account management, and technical troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Solutions Specialist at arenaflex, your day-to-day work will directly shape the customer experience and influence the evolution of our platform. Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Multi-Channel Customer Support: Handle cardholder inquiries professionally and efficiently across phone, chat, and email channels, ensuring every customer feels heard and valued.
  • Building Lasting Loyalty: Cultivate customer loyalty through clear, effective, and adaptive communication, tailoring your style to serve diverse customer profiles and needs.
  • Thorough Research and Investigation: Research customer inquiries using appropriate tools, internal knowledge bases, and partner resources to provide accurate, timely answers.

What We Look For: Essential Qualifications

  • Customer Support Experience: A minimum of two (2) years of hands-on customer support experience answering phone calls and live chats in a professional setting.
