Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Representative – Benefits Enrollment and Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to federal employees, retirees, compensationers, and retired military personnel via phone, email, or chat
- Assisting with benefits enrollment, creating new accounts, and answering general plan questions
- Navigating clients through our online platform, ensuring seamless site navigation and minimizing technical issues
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions
- Meeting or exceeding productivity and quality standards, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

Earnings Potential
As an independent contractor with arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to earn up to $15.60 per productive hour, with incentives available during peak times. With flexibility and autonomy, you can create a schedule that works best for you and maximize your earnings potential.

* Flexible schedule: Create your own schedule, with hours of operation from 7am-8pm CT Monday-Friday
- Peak periods: Be prepared for increased call volume during open enrollment (November 11 – December 9)
