Job Summary
As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for resolving issues and correcting records to ensure that our eligibility records align with our enrollment package records. This role involves working with shared mailboxes and work queues, resolving problems from various regions within the company, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve green resolutions. You'll also be responsible for record monitoring and reconciliation, as well as analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Resolve issues and correct records to ensure accuracy and integrity of eligibility records
- Work with shared mailboxes and work queues to resolve problems from various regions within the company
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve green resolutions
- Monitor and reconcile records to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Provide excellent customer service and communication to internal and external stakeholders
Required Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience in data entry and analysis
- Healthcare industry experience
- Working expertise in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project)
- Excellent verbal, trouble-shooting, and written communication skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
