Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Travel Scheduler & Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Booking Travel Arrangements: Assist customers with booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel-related services, ensuring seamless and stress-free travel experiences.
  • Travel Information & Advice: Provide expert information on travel destinations, visa requirements, travel advisories, and other essential travel-related information to help customers make informed decisions.
