Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for:
* Processing customer policy change requests in a timely and efficient manner
* Securing all trailing documents from customers and ensuring accurate records
* Completing Evidence of Insurance requests and verifying customer information
* Documenting each customer contact in eAgent, our cutting-edge customer relationship management system
* Taking premium payments from customers and providing clear explanations of payment options
* Verifying phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses with each customer contact and updating customer information
* Returning all phone messages promptly and providing timely responses to customer inquiries
* Maintaining knowledge of new products and services to provide informed support
* Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* To reside in California (a must)
* A genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, and resourceful, with a coachable attitude
* An upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude, with a strong sense of urgency
* Proficiency in multi-tasking, following through, and following up on customer requests
