Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team on a 6-month contract basis, with the potential for extension. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, resolving complex issues, and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of care. This is a 100% remote opportunity, and we're looking for candidates who are comfortable working from home and have a quiet workspace free from distractions.

Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to our members, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that their needs are met

  • Handle complex calls, using critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve issues and provide solutions
  • Accurately document and record customer/client information, using computer applications such as MS Outlook and data entry software
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of care
  • Participate in training and team meetings, using video conferencing tools to stay connected with our team
  • Follow business casual dress code during working hours and be on camera during training and work hours

Requirements

* 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or pharmacy setting

  • Proficient in computer software navigation and dual screens, with experience working in a call center environment
  • Ability to handle complex calls and use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve issues
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to accurately document and record customer/client information
  • Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software
  • Bi-lingual in Hmong, Spanish, or Mien (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

* 2 years of experience in a healthcare or pharmacy setting

  • 1 year of experience in a call center environment
  • Bi-lingual in Hmong, Spanish, or Mien

Work Environment and Culture

* 100% remote opportunity, with the ability to work from home

  • Quiet workspace free from distractions, with a table and chair
  • High-speed internet access via a hardwired modem connection
  • Equipment provided by arenaflex, including a 2-meter LAN cable for endpoint connectivity
  • Business casual dress code during working hours
  • Collaborative team environment, with regular training and team meetings

Compensation and Benefits

* Up to $18.83 per hour

  • Training schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Pacific Time
