Role Overview

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support via live chat on our website or social media platforms. Your primary objectives will include:

  • Engaging with customers professionally, ensuring all interactions are handled with respect and efficiency
  • Learning and understanding our company products, zip codes for service areas, and coordinating with technicians to provide accurate information to customers
  • Demonstrating excellent teamwork and the ability to work effectively within a dynamic group

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to live chat inquiries in a timely and professional manner, addressing customer questions and providing information on products or services

  • Engage with customers professionally, ensuring all interactions are handled with respect and efficiency
  • Learn and understand company products, zip codes for service areas, and coordinate with technicians to provide accurate information to customers
