Opportunities for Participation
As a Customer Insights Panelist, you'll have the opportunity to participate in various studies, including:
- National and local paid focus groups
- Clinical trials
- Phone interviews
Most of our paid focus group studies offer the flexibility to participate online or in-person, allowing you to earn additional income from the comfort of your home. Our topics of interest include:
- Child-related experiences (individuals with children 18 years or younger)
- Cell phone usage (Apple, Android, or Windows, prepaid or contract)
- Entertainment (TV shows, movies, and video games)
- Food preferences (fast food, casual dining, or upscale dining)
- Sports enthusiasm (casual viewers and die-hard fans)
- Electronics (device preferences and usage)
- Pets (animal lovers needed, including dogs, cats, and other pets)
- Automobiles (vehicle ownership, payments, or leasing)
Responsibilities
As a Customer Insights Panelist, your responsibilities will include:
- Arriving at least 10 minutes prior to discussion start time
- Participating by completing written and oral instructions
- Completing written surveys provided for each panel
- MUST actually use products and/or services, if provided, and be ready to discuss prior to meeting date
Qualifications
To be eligible for this role, you must:
- Have either a smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on your desktop/laptop
- Have access to a reliable internet connection
- Desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
- Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
- No experience required, but you must be able to work independently
