About the Role

As a Customer Care Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring a positive and seamless experience for our customers. Charged with handling inquiries, concerns, and providing assistance, you'll leverage your communication skills and product knowledge to address customer needs effectively. Your Daily Tasks

As a Customer Care Associate, your daily tasks will include:
