Experienced Administrator and Data Entry Specialist – Imports and Exports Operations

Key Responsibilities

As an Administrator and Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our operations in imports and exports. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling data entry for import and export processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Creating export paperwork and documentation to facilitate smooth transactions
  • Extracting data from various sources and populating it onto spreadsheets
  • Utilizing SAP software for purchasing and ordering at an admin level
  • Assisting with debt chasing to ensure timely payments
  • Answering phone calls and providing excellent customer service

Working Hours and Flexibility

We understand the importance of work-life balance, which is why we offer a flexible working arrangement that allows you to work from home two days a week. Initially, the role will require two months of training based in the office, but after the training period, you'll have the flexibility to work three days in the office and two days from home. This arrangement will enable you to maintain a healthy balance between your work and personal life.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Prior experience in data entry, preferably in imports and exports
  • Proficiency in using SAP software for purchasing and ordering
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

While the above qualifications and skills are essential, we're also looking for candidates with the following preferred qualifications and skills:

  • Experience in using SAP software for purchasing and ordering
  • Knowledge of import and export regulations and procedures
  • Ability to speak multiple languages
  • Experience in working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
