Join Our Team

We are currently seeking a few dedicated individuals to join our team as full-time Live Chat Operators. These remote positions offer the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with a minimum of 5 hours per week. As a Live Chat Operator, you will be assigned to a specific business and will be responsible for responding to customer messages via live chat, email, and electronic message boards. You will receive comprehensive training on how to perform the job and respond to commonly asked questions, as well as have a chat supervisor available to assist you with any queries you may encounter.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer messages via live chat, email, and electronic message boards in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding product selection, identification, and troubleshooting
  • Utilize comprehensive training and resources to resolve customer inquiries and issues
  • Collaborate with chat supervisors to ensure seamless customer support and resolve any complex issues
  • Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency while working independently
  • Adhere to arenaflex's quality standards and customer service guidelines

Essential Qualifications:

* Basic English skills (reading, writing, and speaking)

  • Reliable internet connectivity and a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of productivity
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Minimum availability of 5 hours per week
  • Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in customer service or live chat support

  • Familiarity with website chat applications and social media platforms
  • Strong typing skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work more than 5 hours per week (up to 40 hours)
