Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Advisor at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to members and non-members across various touchpoints, including phone, email, webchat, and social media
  • Handling queries and complaints from members and non-members in a professional and timely manner
  • Promoting and providing advice on a wide range of products and services to meet the needs of our members
  • Processing and escalating customer complaints to ensure a first-time resolution
  • Supporting other members of your team to ensure a high-quality service to members

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as a Customer Service Advisor, Contact Centre Agent, Call Centre Agent, Call Centre Advisor, or Customer Service Representative in a busy contact centre environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM systems, email, and webchat platforms
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience working in a membership organisation or a similar industry
  • Knowledge of the products and services offered by arenaflex
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Certification in customer service, such as the Institute of Customer Service (ICS) or the Customer Service Institute of America (CSIA)
