Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences: Engage with customers, resolve issues, and answer questions to ensure a positive experience. Model and share customer service best practices with your team to deliver a distinctive and delightful experience.
  • Providing Efficient Checkout Service: Register sales on assigned cash register, provide courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service, and recommend items for sale to customers.
  • Maintaining a Clean and Organized Store Environment: Keep counters and shelves clean and well-merchandised, take inventory, and maintain records. Check in and price merchandise as required or as directed by store manager or communicated by the shift leader.
  • Implementing Asset Protection Procedures: Identify and minimize profit loss by implementing company asset protection procedures.
  • Ensuring Compliance with Regulations: Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products, such as alcoholic beverages and tobacco products.
  • Constructing and Maintaining Displays: Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise. Complete resets and revisions as directed.
  • Providing Customer Service in the Photo Area: Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative machine. Suggestively sell promotional photo products.
  • Assuming Web Pick-up Responsibilities: Monitor orders in Picture Care Plus, fill orders (pick items), and deliver orders to customers as they arrive at the store.
  • Assisting with Exterior and Interior Maintenance: Ensure a clean, neat, and orderly store condition and appearance.
  • Complying with Company Policies and Procedures: Maintain respectful relationships with coworkers and comply with all company policies and procedures.

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required

  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with customers, coworkers, and management.
  • Basic Math Skills: Ability to accurately handle cash, process transactions, and maintain inventory.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to Work Flexible Hours: Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

* Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, such as retail, hospitality, or food service.

  • Basic Computer Skills: Familiarity with computer systems, including point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Ability to Lift Up to 25 Pounds: Ability to lift, carry, and move merchandise and supplies as needed.
