Job Summary
As an Experienced Data Entry Clerk – Outdoor Advertising Operations, you'll be responsible for capturing and coding billboard advertisements across Puerto Rico. You'll work independently, using your analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate and efficient data entry. Your work will play a critical role in helping us maintain the highest standards of quality and productivity in our data collection and analysis processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Capture and code billboard advertisements across Puerto Rico, ensuring accurate and efficient data entry
- Ensure that all road fences are covered, ensuring comprehensive data collection
- Optimize data entry processes to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency
- Register new events in the system, ensuring seamless data integration
- Review and identify differences between similar events, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
- Complete monitoring and data entry tasks on time, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results
Role Requirements
* Excellent Computer Skills: Proficiency in Google, Windows, Chrome, and Explorer, with experience in data entry and analysis
- Problem Solver with Attention to Detail: Ability to work independently, using analytical skills to resolve issues and ensure data accuracy
- Analytical Skills and Initiative: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results
- Planning and Organizing: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to plan and prioritize tasks effectively
- Verbal and Written Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders
- Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent: High school diploma or equivalent required, with a strong foundation in mathematics and computer skills
- Knowledge of Principles and Practices of Basic Google, Windows, Chrome, Explorer: Proficiency in Google, Windows, Chrome, and Explorer, with experience in data entry and analysis
- Handling of Photographic Cameras: Experience with photographic cameras, with the ability to capture high-quality images
- Clean Driver's License: Valid driver's license required, with a clean driving record
