Experienced Mail and Chat Agent – Customer Service and Sales Representative

Job Summary:

As a Mail and Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and support to our clients via email, chat, and other communication channels. You'll also play a key role in promoting and selling our products to customers, helping us to drive business growth and revenue. Key Responsibilities:

* Handle client concerns and questions via email, chat, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner

• Sell arenaflex products to customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services
• Respond to all tickets on our system, ensuring that customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional support
• Stay up-to-date with arenaflex products and services, including new features and releases
• Meet or exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics

Requirements:

* At least 1 year of technical experience in a hosting company or a similar industry (e.g., Orange or WE)

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of providing exceptional support
• Excellent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
• Maximum age of 30 years old
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Residency in Nasr city, Misr el Gdeda, Shoubra Misr, Fifth of settlement, or Hadaya Elzaytoun is preferred
• Graduates only
• Both males and females are welcome to apply

Work Conditions:

* Rotational shifts from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, working from the office or from 5:30 PM to 2:00 AM, working from home

• 2 fixed days off per month, which change every month
• Work from office in Nasr city
• One-month paid training program to ensure you're equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in your role
