What You Will Do:

As a Customer Support Consultant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer and technical support via calls, emails, and chats. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing technical information to ensure resolution of complex cases
  • Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues
  • Meeting team KPIs and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Securing customers' sensitive information while maintaining confidentiality
  • Utilizing CRM systems to manage customer interactions and track support cases

What You Need to Succeed in This Role:

To excel as a Customer Support Consultant at arenaflex, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Excellent German and English language skills (C1 level)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and maintain effective communication
  • Independent and proactive approach to work, with a strong focus on problem-solving and customer satisfaction
  • Personal laptop or computer with a minimum of 8Gb of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload)

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, experience in customer support and familiarity with CRM systems will be a great plus in this role. If you have a background in technical support or a related field, we encourage you to apply and share your skills with our team.
