Job Summary

As a Remote Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for advertising and selling shipping containers to customers via chat. You'll work closely with our sales team to respond to customer inquiries, follow up with leads, and encourage customers to place orders. With our user-friendly software and daily training, you'll be equipped to succeed in this role, even if you have no prior sales experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Advertise and sell shipping containers to customers via chat

  • Respond to customer inquiries and follow up with leads
  • Encourage customers to place orders and close sales directly on the chat
  • Assign leads to sales managers for follow-up via phone calls
  • Participate in daily training sessions to improve sales skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Work closely with mentors and peers to achieve success in the role

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • No prior sales experience necessary
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and processes
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

* Prior sales experience or customer service experience

  • Familiarity with the shipping container industry or related fields
  • Experience with sales software or CRM systems
