Job Responsibilities and Essential Functions

As an Experienced Customer Service and Scheduling Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, scheduling appointments, and driving sales growth for our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Making a great first impression on the phone and in person, setting the tone for a positive and personalized experience
  • Fostering a helpful and supportive environment for clients, building trust and confidence in our business
  • Quickly determining the nature of objections and responding appropriately, utilizing active listening skills to resolve customer needs
  • Being proactive and committed to taking action to resolve customer needs, demonstrating a growth mindset and high work standards
  • Maintaining attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all interactions
  • Improving skills through practice, applying new knowledge or skills quickly to drive results
  • Solving problems and taking advantage of opportunities without being asked, demonstrating a proactive and results-driven approach
  • Enjoying working in a technical workplace, leveraging technology to drive efficiency and effectiveness

Required Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 4 years of Sales or Customer Service experience, with a proven track record of success
  • Results-driven and committed to meeting individual and team goals, with a growth mindset and high work standards
  • Strong PC and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
  • Office experience in the following industries is a plus: Home Inspection, Carpet Cleaning, Maid Service, Handyman

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, technology-rich environment
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other technical tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Experience working in a virtual or remote environment, with the ability to self-motivate and manage your time effectively
