What You'll Do
As a Payment Collection Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Making outbound (some inbound) phone calls to assist customers with payment collection issues
* Providing knowledgeable answers and scripted customer feedback to resolve customer concerns
* Maintaining open communication with managers for feedback and guidance
* Keeping accurate customer notes and records
Who You Are
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Prior customer service experience (retail, sales, and wait staff backgrounds have been successful in this role)
* Access to a quiet workspace with a reliable internet connection
* A GED or High School Diploma
* The ability to quickly and accurately type customer notes on a standard keyboard

Compensation and Incentives
Our competitive compensation package includes:
