What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Customer Service Representative – Live Chat Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling incoming and outgoing customer calls: Provide exceptional service, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
