Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting customers and providing a warm, welcoming experience
  • Operating the register, handling cash and credit transactions, and making change
  • Making purchase suggestions and promoting products to customers
  • Working with our food program to provide a seamless shopping experience
  • Maintaining store appearance and ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
  • Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance
  • Interacting with customers daily, responding to their queries, and resolving issues promptly
  • Working collaboratively with a fun, energetic team to achieve daily goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong emphasis on communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
  • Motivation to advance in your career, with a willingness to learn and grow with our organization
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customers and colleagues

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications will be highly valued:

  • Experience working in a retail environment with a strong focus on customer service and sales
  • Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and cash handling procedures
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to be able to:

  • Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, with regular breaks to rest and recharge
  • Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift
  • Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level, with assistance if needed
  • Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds, with regular breaks to rest and recharge
  • Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift, with regular breaks to rest and recharge
  • Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, with regular breaks to rest and recharge
