Job Summary
As an arenaflex Chat Operator, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers through online conversations, providing exceptional support, and driving sales for our automotive dealer clients. If you're a quick-witted, tech-savvy individual with a passion for gaming and customer service, this role is perfect for you. Key Responsibilities
* Engage in online conversations with customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Represent arenaflex and our automotive dealer clients favorably, ensuring a positive brand experience
- Utilize your gaming experience to create engaging and interactive conversations that drive sales and build customer loyalty
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement strategies for improving customer engagement and revenue growth
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Requirements
* Must live within the state of Oklahoma (Tulsa area preferred)
- Must have a dedicated workspace with a computer or laptop, webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
- Computer must meet the following specifications:
+ Minimum 8 GB of RAM + 64-bit Operating System + 8th Generation Intel Core (or equivalent) processor
- Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions (this is a remote position)
- Ability to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
- Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred
- Gaming experience is preferred, but not required
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (communications, marketing, etc.) preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or online support role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customers and team members
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues in a timely and professional manner
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in the automotive industry or a related field
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other industry-specific tools
- Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative)
- Experience with online gaming platforms and communities
Skills and Competencies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong typing skills (at least 35 WPM, 40 and above preferred)
