Key Responsibilities:

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Collecting and capturing data from various sources, including employees and customers, and entering it into our databases in a timely and accurate manner
  • Identifying and correcting errors, and swiftly bringing them to the attention of relevant parties where necessary
  • Performing data entry in EMR, preparing information for data entry, and performing entry-level support for the data entry function
  • Providing entry-level administrative support to the data entry function, including performing high-volume data entry work, data entry of new applications, and completing clerical functions or data entry tasks
  • Maintaining data entry requirements by following data program techniques, reviewing and verifying data prior to entry, and performing daily audits and data entry corrections
  • Operating data entry devices to perform a variety of keypunching data entry and verification duties
  • Establishing data entry procedures for each client, and training new data entry employees on computer systems

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Previous experience in data entry or a related field
  • Knowledge of data entry software and systems
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Certification in data entry or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
