Job Responsibilities:
As a Customer Care Specialist with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
- Conducting research to provide accurate and helpful responses to customer inquiries
- Resolving customer issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Staying up-to-date on product and service knowledge to provide expert advice and guidance
Key Qualifications:
* 6 months or more of customer service experience in a similar role
- Reside within Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Michigan, North Carolina, or Tennessee
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong product or service knowledge and ability to recognize, apply, and explain it to customers
- Computer experience and proficiency in using various software applications
- High-speed internet connection (> 40mbps)
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Certification in customer service or a related field
Skills and Competencies:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using various software applications, including CRM software
