Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a virtual call center environment

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed departmental goals and performance metrics
  • Work a variety of shift assignments, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime peak periods

Essential Qualifications:

* 1+ year of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call center or live chat environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
