Job Description

As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in connecting families and schools with the answers they need to succeed. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to incoming calls related to student inquiries, scholarship applications, and funding status
  • Providing empathetic, personable, and compassionate support to callers, ensuring their questions are answered and concerns are addressed
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution
  • Collaborating with the non-profit organization to ensure alignment with their goals and objectives
  • Staying up-to-date on scholarship program details, policies, and procedures to provide informed support to callers

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least one year of customer service or call center experience
  • English proficiency and strong communication skills
  • Ability to remain empathetic, personable, and compassionate in challenging situations
  • Self-motivation, detail-orientation, and multitasking skills
  • Accurate typing and keyboard skills, with comfort navigating PC and internet applications

Technical Requirements

To work from home, you must have:

  • Wired internet connectivity with speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download
  • A secure, quiet, distraction-free workspace
  • arenaflex will provide all necessary equipment to ensure your success
