Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our remote e-File team. As an e-File Specialist, you'll play a critical role in reviewing and filing legal documents using our internal systems and online platforms. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a talented team, develop your skills, and contribute to the success of arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities

As an e-File Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Reviewing and filing legal documents using internal systems and email
• Participating in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of the industry and process
• Investigating discrepancies as they arise
• Completing additional projects as assigned
• Collaborating with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to meet common goals and resolve issues
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all transactions

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus
• Tech experience is strongly preferred
• The ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
• A high school diploma or GED
• The ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
• A typing speed of at least 50-60 wpm
