Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent in any field, demonstrating your ability to learn and adapt in a professional environment.
  • At least 6 months of experience in customer support, with call center experience being advantageous but not mandatory. Fresh graduates with a passion for customer service are also encouraged to apply.
  • B2 level proficiency in English, with excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills. Your ability to handle inquiries professionally and provide customer service-oriented support will be crucial.
  • A typing speed of at least 40 words per minute with 90% accuracy, and proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office, ensuring you can efficiently manage customer interactions and data.
