Key Responsibilities
As a Work at Home Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service through inbound phone calls, chat messages, and emails
- Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilizing technology, including computer applications and software, to efficiently manage customer interactions
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions

Schedule and Flexibility

As a Work at Home Customer Service Representative, you'll have the opportunity to create a schedule that works best for you, with the majority of work hours taking place during weekdays and daytime hours. We also offer flexible work options, allowing you to choose the hours that suit your lifestyle.
Earnings and Revenue
As an independent contractor, your earnings will vary based on the client you're working with, with competitive rates typically ranging from $14 to $20 per hour. Your pay will be determined by your phone call status when assisting customers, and you'll have the opportunity to earn additional incentives based on client and performance metrics.

- Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted)
- Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
- High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity
- Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS)
- Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
- Smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad is required for program work, along with an authentication app
- Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system must be used (some clients will accept an AppleOS)
Work Environment Requirements
To ensure a productive and efficient work environment, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Quiet, uninterrupted space
- Organized desk area
Contractual Relationship
As an independent contractor, you'll remain in a contractual relationship with arenaflex for the duration of your program assignment. You'll be responsible for your own taxes, benefits, and other expenses, and arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings.

Contractors must also successfully pass a criminal background check.
