Job Summary

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring that our products are delivered to the highest standards. This is a part-time remote opportunity, with a flexible schedule that includes weekends and occasional overtime. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Perform mechanical services and light maintenance on soft drink fountain equipment, including troubleshooting and repair
  • Investigate and diagnose issues with fountain equipment, ensuring that all refrigeration equipment is in good working order
  • Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventative maintenance, software updates, and cosmetic appearance
  • Remain positive, work as a team player, and create excellent customer-focused organizations
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* Secondary School diploma or equivalent degree/certificate

  • Valid driver's license
  • Technical aptitude to repair machines
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Flexibility to work on weekends and occasional overtime

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, technical support, or a related field)

  • Previous experience in customer support or a related field
  • Knowledge of soft drink fountain equipment and maintenance procedures
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
