Job Summary

As a Technical Program Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy cloud infrastructure and data analytics solutions. You'll work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs, develop project plans, and drive process improvement through data analysis. Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with a team of designers and engineers to address the global fleet of Outsider Server farms (3PDC)

• Work with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, design, and develop end-to-end solutions that include data collection, analysis, and visualization
• Plan and automate metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale
• Drive process improvement through data analysis, identify, and implement business suggestions based on 3PDC data, recognizing and acting on opportunities to optimize

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

• 4-year certification or equivalent relevant experience
• 3 years of experience in program management, with a focus on cloud computing and data analytics
• 3 years of experience leading cross-functional or cross-organizational projects
• Experience in financial reporting and analysis, using accounting software and managing large datasets using SQL

Preferred Qualifications

* 3 years of experience leading large, cross-functional projects spanning multiple stakeholders, both technical and non-technical

• 3 years of experience in specialized program/project management roles
• Experience identifying, communicating, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive impact and work towards shared goals
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Skills and Competencies

* Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive insights
• Experience with cloud computing platforms, data analytics tools, and programming languages (e.g., Python, Java)
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to design, develop, and deploy complex projects
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and metrics automation
