As an Experienced Customer Service Coordinator, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner. You'll be responsible for promoting and selling air journeys, providing assistance with passenger check-in and load acceptance, and interpreting authority's guidelines and requirements for domestic and international journeys or shipment shipments. You'll also be expected to meet and dispatch planes within set-up times, provide assistance to troubled passengers and customers, and protect business assets and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

* Promote and sell air journeys to the traveling public or freight forwarders

• Provide assistance with passenger check-in and load acceptance
• Interpret authority's guidelines and requirements for domestic and international journeys or shipment shipments
• Meet and dispatch planes within set-up times
• Provide assistance to troubled passengers and customers
• Protect business assets and revenue
• Possess the physical capability and dexterity to perform various job-related duties
• Use organizational skills to perform multiple tasks within a limited timeframe
• Be self-motivated and require minimum supervision
• Respond and assist during safety and emergency situations
• Follow internal/external regulations and procedures
• May be required to drive and operate air stairs to various types of aircraft to enplane and deplane passengers
• Responsible for the overall performance within the work location and may be required to lead and direct the work of other employees
• May be required to perform Passenger Operation Control capabilities, including air-to-ground communication and Tower capabilities

All You'll Need for Success

* Minimum Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience + High school degree or GED + Read, write, fluently speak, and recognize the English language + Bilingual language skills are required in some locations + Applicable valid driver's license as required by local authorities + Must satisfy FAA criminal history checks to qualify for unescorted access to privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable + Must be able to obtain suitable airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, if applicable + Ability to work abnormal and/or prolonged hours, including weekends and holidays + Must be able to work on a regular and timely basis
