About the Role
As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing top-notch customer service via phone and email
- Offering accurate information about new bookings, rebookings, and cancellation options for air and rail travel, hotel bookings, and more
- Finding solutions for each individual customer to ensure their journey runs smoothly
- Collaborating with customers in Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian, with a good command of English
- Managing customer data and resolving issues efficiently
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Fluency in Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian (C1 level) and a good command of English (B2 level)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with customer service software and systems
