Job Summary

As a Customer Success Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for customers using our food ordering app. Your primary responsibility will be to handle customer inquiries, concerns, and provide information through inbound and outbound phone calls. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless customer support, maintain brand reputation, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist customers in placing online orders, providing support through phone calls, and processing payments securely.

  • Proactively support customers and maintain brand reputation by identifying and escalating priority issues.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve customer support, maintain, and improve service quality.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Utilize effective communication and interpersonal skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
  • Work closely with the customer support team to ensure seamless support and resolve complex issues.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent in any field.

  • At least 6 months of experience in customer support, with a call center background being advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • B2 level proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including active listening, customer service orientation, and conflict resolution.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

  • Proficiency in Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
  • Strong typing skills, with a minimum speed of 40wpm and 90% accuracy.
  • Computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office.
