Job Summary

As a Customer Care Agent at arenaflex, you'll be working with our customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email to create raving fans for our brand every single day. You'll be part of a team that's dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences, and you'll have the opportunity to learn new skills, think outside the box, and come up with innovative ideas to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide product information and recommendations to customers
  • Process customer orders and resolve any issues related to order fulfillment
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets for customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and sales
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in CRM software

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the lighting industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of lighting products and technologies
  • Experience with sales and customer service software
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment with a high volume of customer interactions

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate of $16.00 per hour, with a $1/hour increase after 60 day provisional period

  • Quarterly bonus and commissions on product sales
  • Flexible full-time schedules available during customer service hours of 8 am - 6 pm, Monday through Friday
