Job Summary
As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling inquiries, and assisting with various tasks in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer requests and provide assistance
- Process customer orders and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues effectively
- Utilize computer systems to manage customer accounts and data entry tasks
- Provide support for sales initiatives by promoting products and services as needed
Essential Qualifications
* Familiarity with computerized systems and office equipment is beneficial
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential
- Ability to type efficiently and accurately while managing multiple tasks
- Experience with cash handling is a plus
- Bilingual candidates (Spanish) will have an advantage in this role
